Bookings

Please arrive on time. Latecomers will not be admitted and refunds are not available. We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance start time
Tickets cannot be refunded unless the performance is cancelled. Exchanges may be offered, subject to availability and when adequate notice is given.
Please note that all offers are subject to availability.
Booking fees are charged on online sales and phone sales at €1.50 per ticket, helping to cover the cost of our box office. Booking fees are not charged on concession priced tickets. No booking fee is charged on tickets purchased in person at Dublin Theatre Festival Box Office. Friends of the Festival are exempt from booking fees.
All ticket prices for performances at the Gaiety Theatre are inclusive of the €2.00 Gaiety Restoration Levy.
All ticket prices for performances at the Gate Theatre are inclusive of the €1.50 Gate Theatre Building Upkeep Levy.
Management reserves the right to change the cast of performances in the event of unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Recording equipment of any kind is not permitted, please switch off mobile phones on entry to the auditorium.

All sales of Friend memberships are final
Memberships and their associated benefits are valid for the Festival year of purchase
Monthly memberships are sold on a 12 month subscription basis and payments must continue to be made until the full value of the membership has been paid

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase
The voucher may be redeemed or spent online, or by contacting our box office
Its value can be added to any customer account, but once credited, can only be used with that account
They can be used against all purchases through our box office including tickets, memberships, donations, and booking fees (where applicable)
Dublin Theatre Festival gift vouchers can only be spent on transactions via the Festival Box Office and cannot be used to purchase tickets in venue box offices
Gift vouchers can be used across multiple purchases and any remaining balance will remain on your customer account until it’s expiry or until the full value has been reached
If the value of your order is greater than your account credit balance, please apply your account credit first and you will be given the option to make an additional payment using an alternative method on the remainder
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole
Once credited, you can check your account balance by logging into your account at dublintheatrefestival.ie and clicking on the ‘Account Credit’ tab
Once redeemed, gift memberships are valid for the year of purchase and all membership prices will remain valid for the year the membership has been purchased. If you choose not to redeem your gift membership in the relevant year, you may be liable to pay the difference if membership prices increase
