Gala Award 2022

Each year as part of the festival, we host a benefit night where we present an award for outstanding contribution to theatre. Previous recipients have included Brendan Gleeson, Fiona Shaw, Stephen Rea, Cillian Murphy, Fergus and Rosaleen Linehan, Sinead Cusack.

Join us on Wed 12 October when we will present this year's award to actor and writer, Pauline McLynn.

Pauline will be joined by fellow actor and writer Amy Huberman for an exclusive conversation about her career, in what promises to be a very entertaining evening.

Futures Fund

As part of our gala award event we are spotlighting our Futures Fund initiative. The Futures Fund allows us to support Irish-based artists from diverse backgrounds to conceive and deliver ambitious work. The fund allows us to help support artists through every stage of their career through our artist development programmes and co-production partnerships.
