Golden Age is a project that takes the form of guided tours of shopping centres, banks and office buildings but in the manner of sightseeing strolls through archaeological sites. These places escape our attention on a daily basis and are rarely considered beyond their functional use.

Starting from the architecture of these specific buildings, the public is invited to walk through these spaces of consumption, capital and wage labour. For this Dublin version, the tour will take place in Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.

This is an indoor tour, which involves walking at a gentle pace for 70 minutes. You will wear headphones throughout and have a guide with you.
